Hanna Leonard performs in the company “Alive With Dance” at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she attends college.

Hanna is a dancer located in Stratford, Connecticut and Amherst, Massachusetts. Her dance training began at the Lee Lund Studio of Dance at the age of three. At twelve years old, she performed in a dance experience in Rochester, New York that explored the meaning of life and connections that can be created amongst humanity.

Hanna is a second-year undergraduate student at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, studying Dance and Business Management. There she performs in the company “Alive With Dance”, an initiative designed to harness the individual creativity of all its dancers. She is also in the midst of training for a performance of “Scheherazade”.

Hanna has recently been inspired to explore the interrelationship between energy and dance. Moving forward, Hanna hopes to pursue a career in dance as a way of healing for not only herself, but for others as well.
