Stephanie Jean Lane
Her first film, Fort Trumbull, is a selection of the New Haven International Film Festival, Mystic Film Festival, and L.A. Indie Short Fest. Directing/writing: My Unfinished Girl (recipient of a 2021 NYC Artist Corps Grant), short plays for Society Theatre, Sweat Spot 101 with Diana Ramirez, Lighthouse Triptych. Current cast: Punchdrunk’s Sleep No More. Acting: Concrete Orange (The Guthrie), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Elm Shakespeare), Elementary (CBS), Dish (feature); workshops at Lincoln Center, The Public Theater. Stephanie grew up dancing at the Lee Lund Studio of Dance in Milford, CT, and continued her studies at Barnard College, then danced professionally in NYC with Jenny Rocha & her Painted Ladies (2010-2017) and choreographer Ani Javian (2009-2012).
